Iranian President to Arrive today in Islamabad.

Ibrahim Raisi is visiting Pakistan in a Tense Middle East Scenario amid Israel Iran Tit for Tat conflict. In a goodwill gesture to rebuild bilateral relations after Hide and Seek attacks on each others in January this year, Pakistani Foreign office confirmed two days official visit of Dr. Ibrahim Al-Raisi , President of Islamic Republic of Iran from 22nd to 24th April. International Media is highlighting the Event after Series of Events in the Region, it is first meeting of Iranian Leadership after exchange of Missile and Drone attacks of neighbouring country with Israel last week. The Statement issued by Foreign office said that it will be the first visit of any Foreign leader after General Elections 2024 in Pakistan. "The Iranian will be accompanied by the First Lady of Islamic Republic and High Level delegation, comprising the Federal Cabinet and Senior officials of the Middle Eastern Country". Press release issued to Foreign office said. The Honourable Guest will have a busy schedule in Islamabad, meetings with PM Shahbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari and then to General Asim Muneer, Chief of Army Staff. "Iranian leadership will discuss the ongoing wave of terrorism in Pakistan and Iran, Global developments and situation in Gaza, will have a great opportunity to further strengthen the Pakistan Iran relations which enjoys a Great Historical, Religious and Cultural relations", press release added. His visit comes months after Iranian Missile Attacks on Pakistan and then Pakstani Retaliation in Sistan Balochistan Province in less than 48 hours , earlier this year.
